Hello everyone I hope you are still very well .
Within the U.K. there is a growing belief that nothing is being done to help society at the lower levels to obtain some sort of decent living state.
Although we believe that some things are being successfully directed to achieve these things not enough is.
Every day we hear stories of greed at the top of companies while the main staff subsist on the basic wage.
When will company bosses understand that most people just want somewhere secure and safe to live,a decent living wage and a bit extra to play with.
The majority are not interested what the bosses collect if the previous conditions are fullfilled.
It is when the workers are struggling on the basics and they keep seeing reports of the large and sometimes astranomical amounts that some bosses are receiving.
This growing disparity will cause problems in the U.K. if it is not redressed soon.I am sure the government of the day is aware of this ,however remedies need to be started now.
If remedies are started and seen to be put into operation problems building up will start to subside.Talking about a remedy will not solve the problem.
We can all help in this by bringing about a change of attitude with regards to remuneration.We can and must all work together to solve this
Without a solution being found soon the problem will grow and develop.we must all stop this happening.

Changing thinking.
Hello everyone I hope you are all keeping well.
As we move into the next 10 years we are going to see more changes than we think.And more than many companies and institutions think we will see.
We are moving into an era when the public and customers in particular will require and expect change.
The shock of the last 5 years has changed peoples' perception of what they expect from companies and institutions and there has been a growing discontent with the decisions made by those in power.
The apparent greed of some and the fabrication of truth by those that were trusted has led to society questioning where society needs to be heading .And it is not where some in power believe.
This change in attitude of mind in some ways can be attributed to the sudden jolt society has had and the continuation of consistently being told we are all in this together.Which of course we are not.
You will see more and more control developing at local level as more people require control over their lives.We are seeing a growing interest at low level as more people educate themselves.
This in turn develops their interest in new subject and what is taking place locally.The results of the last 5 years in the U.K.will have changed some peoples' attitudes for ever and make some determined to get involved.
Companies and institutions ,which include local authorities, will have to get their public relations right and consistently work on it to improve it if they wish to survive and prosper.Local input will be included in everything and bland surveys will mean nothing and will be dissected by interested parties.
The social impact of every decision made will now become top priority in business management as society start to take a greater interest in decisions.

The right way or the wrong way.Finance.
Hi everyone I hope you are all well these days.
Welcome to my first article associated to attitude of mind with regards to finance and attitudes of those in the industry.
As many small businesses in the U.K. struggle to raise finance to go forward or struggle with cash flow the banking industry seems to remain the same they were always .
Within society attitude of mind is more important than many people think.Thinking outside of the box,creating new ways to complete or improve things require with some a change in thinking and a different attitude of mind.
We will start to show that by changing thinking patterns and looking for ways to improve the basics of society are the way ahead.
There are many in society who do not want things to change .But change is what it is all about.But change must bring improvements or we go backwards.
Small businesses are risk takers.They are the ones' that employ people .Many are self employed.In many ways they are excluded from the financial circuit.
They are the forgotten many.How good it would be that these were included in the main society and gained the same access as those that are employed.
Now is the time that things have to change in the U.K.It is time that within the finance industry attitudes changed towards self employed people as the government encourage more to become so.
It is all in the attitude of those in the financial industry to change their minds to what self employed income earners are.The first banker that does and creates the system to admit those that are self employed will change the way society is in the future.
In itself it will be a game changer.We have to make it happen.Sitting on the sidelines are no longer an option.
Investing in your future is always a good thing.Helping society is part of it.
