Hello everyone I hope you are all keeping well.
As we move into the next 10 years we are going to see more changes than we think. And more than many companies and institutions think we will see.
We are moving into an era when the public and customers in particular will require and expect change.
The shock of the last 5 years has changed peoples' perception of what they expect from companies and institutions and there has been a growing discontent with the decisions made by those in power.
The apparent greed of some and the fabrication of truth by those that were trusted has led to society questioning where society needs to be heading .And it is not where some in power believe.
This change in attitude of mind in some ways can be attributed to the sudden jolt society has had and the continuation of consistently being told we are all in this together.Which of course we are not.
You will see more and more control developing at local level as more people require control over their lives. We are seeing a growing interest at low level as more people educate themselves.
This in turn develops their interest in new subject and what is taking place locally. The results of the last 5 years in the U.K.will have changed some peoples' attitudes for ever and make some determined to get involved.
Companies and institutions ,which include local authorities, will have to get their public relations right and consistently work on it to improve it if they wish to survive and prosper.Local input will be included in everything and bland surveys will mean nothing and will be dissected by interested parties.
The social impact of every decision made will now become top priority in business management as society start to take a greater interest in decisions.
Happy and successful investing to you all in everything you do.
Christopher.
